Thank youThis is Matthew Henry at 2213 high st our bathroom drain was clogged up and we called every where and no one in the city of Des Moines was available to come out till next week and I called you guys left a vm and the gentleman called back quick and said he could come out in 30 min…Your guy Josh came out he was real professional and and straight to business got our drain unclogged real quick explained what was going on and on top of that the price was reasonable ….you guys got a loyal customer for life now.
Great job DaveI scheduled work for a clogged drain line and was informed they would arrive before four. Dave called at 11:00 arrived at 11:35 and went to work. He isolated the problem quickly got the machine and brought it in and cleared the obstruction. Great guy! Thanks Dave

Quite the Challenge!!I would like to thank service technician Dave Lundberg for his dedicated service and knowledge. What began as a main drain plugging up the night prior, the following morning I called out ROTOROOTER, and Dave Lundberg arrived. The plugged line was quite the chalenge, but Dave never quit, perserved, and due to his knowledg and dedication to the job, 3 hours later the drain was opened. What a RELIEF!! Thank you!!

Quick and well doneNick (tech 2695) was here on Friday, December 27,2019. He was very prompt and did a full assessment as soon as he arrived. He told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He started to work immediately and was done very quickly. There was no mess and he left everything as he found it. Excellent job, well done.
Clogged drainWe had an issue with a drain pipe related to our bathroom toilet. The pipe was clogged and discharging the water out the shower drain, into my floor. Service representative arrived. Unclogged the drain pipe. A week later the same issue occurred. Another service representative came out. Added the stuation. Told us we is going to resolve this iszue. He unclogged the drain and scheduled a video scan of the drain to be done. The service representative name is Ron, I'D number is 9952. He was understanding of our plight, professional and knowledgeable . Although the Service was expensive, Roto Roofer stands behind there work.

Awesome and professionalWe called at the suggestion of our insurance company to have a plumber come out to clear our sewer drain which overflowed massively into our basement. The first person we saw was Lawrence. He was incredibly friendly and helpful yet equally professional. He came and did his job so efficiently, he was barely here an hour. Our next contact was Andy and Eddy. They came to clean up the water and help assess the damage. Both gentlemen helped us remove all our stuff, which was more than I realized. Then Jim came in at the same time as the insurance adjuster to help us with the him. After that, Chad shows up as he is talking with the adjuster trying to make sure the insurance company gives us what we are supposed to get to finish this project. Everyone we encountered from your office has been incredibly awesome! Every single person has gone above and beyond their own responsibilities to alleviate any fears or concerns we had. Andy and Eddy worked tirelessly to help us move things out of the way to complete their job. I am so impressed with everyone that I will definitely use you in the future and recommend you to all my friends! Thank you so much for making a horrible thing not so horrible!
Satisfied Customer!I cannot say enough about the prompt, courteous, professional service I have received any time I have called the Grimes Roto-Rooter shop. Kyle responds within hours of my call and efficiently and effectively corrects any plumbing problems I have had, whether just to tighten a screw on my sink faucet or to completely replace a faulty water heater. In the case of the water heater, even though my call was an emergency call, he cleared it with his boss to give my water heater problem top priority, hauling it out immediately before bringing back the new one. The entire procedure from inspection of old heater to completion of new installation took less than 2.5 hours. And he saved me a terrible mess because when he unloaded my old heater at the shop, the bottom fell out. I repeat: I cannot say enough good things about the Grimes Roto-Rooter franchise, its office staff, as well as its service representative. I would highly recommend them!Barbara Borst 7/1/2016

Dustin was not only professional and reassuring during his visit, he was very informative. He called out a senior tech who had visited my house prior and they were both so helpful and even got me to laugh when I was mortified my basement was backed up with waste. Kudos to them both. I was frustrated and embarrassed when they arrived and was relieved they were able to fix the situation. Thank you for having valued employees who take the time to treat the client, not just the plumbing issue.

I just thought I would drop a quick note to say “thank you” for the nice work recently done at our home. This spring we have had to have the Roto Rooter crew out several times thanks to our bum sewer line, but each time your service technicians were professional and thoughtful. Ultimately the fix ended up being a significant job, but I appreciated the extra effort to document the repair work in the street and get everything taken care of in a timely manner. We would have no problem recommending Roto Rooter to others for their plumbing needs. Thanks again and please pass this on to the rest of your team!
We would like to commend the men who did the work for their care and skill in doing the job. Ryan Sharp is a skilled backhoe operator who did a wonderful job in carefully extracting the old field tile without collapsing the side of the septic tank. He also cleaned up the dirt in the yard very well when back-filling the trench. Chad Leger did an excellent job of cutting, fitting, and gluing the pipe from the septic tank, through the wall, and into the existing drain pipe. I check the inside fittings for leaks this morning and could find none. He is very skilled at this trade. I didn't get the name of the young fellow who broke up the concrete in the basement but he did a good job as well, cleaning up the work area behind him when he was finished. As you can tell, we are very pleased with the work your people did, and will certainly contact you for any future work, as well as recommend you to our friends.
Thank you so much for the service. Your technician was on time, friendly and professional. He took care of the problem and offered some preventative measures. I will tell all my friends about your excellent service.
